Co-create a sustainable supply chain
The Calbee Group delivers products to customers through supply chains that start with raw ingredient procurement and progress through production, logistics and sales. However, there are various risks that threaten the supply chain when it comes to raw materials procurement, such as natural disasters due to climate change, human rights issues due to forced labor and child labor, and changes in the international situation, and when it comes to domestic logistics, there are various risks such as a shortage of workers and the need to improve working conditions.
The Calbee Group will conduct supplier assessments to identify risks and address them in collaboration with stakeholders in areas such as raw material procurement, logistics, and retailer. We will contribute to improving the productivity of the supply chain and aim to ensure sustainable raw material procurement and logistics.
